How To Make A Money Bouquet?

Step 1: Wire The Dollar Bills

Six six-dollar bills are used to make each money rose. Get as many fresh, uniformly colored banknotes as you can; most importantly, they retain their shape better.

Pinch the dollar bill in the middle, close to where George Washington’s face is, with your fingers. It will appear to be a bow tie.

The center of the bill where it is pinched should have about 2 inches of floral wire wrapped around it. Next, twist the wire to hold the bill in place. 14 to 18 inches is the typical length of floral wire. Maintain the length for the time being. When you’re done with the bouquet, you can trim it.

Step 2: Stack The Six Bills

Hold the bills by their wires and stack them on top of one another so they fan out evenly like a pinwheel.

Step 3: Tape The Wires Together

One stem can be made by joining the six wires of the bills with floral tape. Floral tape is ideal for this job because it is thin and securely holds the wires in place. Using green masking tape instead of floral tape will result in a thicker, less professional-looking product.

Step 4: Push The “petals” Forward

The petals of a dollar bill have been flat up to this point. Scrunch the petals forward so they are facing up to begin giving the rose some shape.

Step 5: Curl The Petals

Let’s give the dollar bills a more floral appearance. The corners can be rounded by encircling a pencil with them. By doing this, each bill’s otherwise square corners are softened, giving them a natural petal shape. Make a complete circle of the rose, curling each corner.

Step 6: Scrunch The Inner Petals

Typically, a rose’s center petals are more tightly packed. Scrunch together the two center petals to give your roses this appearance. Show the petals who is in charge by squeezing them firmly. A little disarray is acceptable. In actuality, it gives the roses a more realistic appearance… well, as realistic as roses made from money can be.

Only five or six of these large money roses are required to make a striking bouquet because of their size. Cut the stems to different heights and bend the wires so the buds face different directions when you put them in a vase. This bouquet is unquestionably perfect in every way!
